For women who love to move — but are held back by hip or pelvic pain.

This 2-hour practical workshop is designed for women (ages 35–50) who practice yoga, Pilates, or functional movement and are dealing with discomfort or limitations around the hip and pelvic area. Whether you're hypermobile, hypomobile, or somewhere in between, you'll learn how to create more stability, control, and strength — without sacrificing fluidity or freedom.

We'll focus on common conditions such as:

  • Sacroiliac joint dysfunction (instability around the pelvis and lower back)

  • Deep gluteal syndrome (pain caused by nerve entrapment in the hip)

  • Hamstring tendinopathy (discomfort near the sit bones)

Through breath work, movement, and guided activation exercises, you'll reconnect with your hips and learn practical strategies to support your body long-term. The session will include a live osteopathic demonstration on one participant to show effective manual therapy techniques for pelvic and hip pain.

This workshop is led by an experienced osteopath with a deep understanding of women’s biomechanics, especially during the perimenopausal years, when hormone shifts can affect joint health and tissue resilience.
